Patient Care Coordinator
Angelica attended various schools in the Visalia Unified School District, so you could say she’s been all over the city. She has always known she wanted to help people engage in conversations better and improve their hearing, so hearing care was her first choice.
As Patient Care Coordinator (part-time on Monday and Friday), Angelica is in charge of keeping the office organized, helping patients with hearing aid and smartphone troubleshooting, and customer service. She is also fluent in Spanish and serves as our team’s bilingual barrier-breaker for Spanish-speaking patients in the Visalia community.
One of her favorite parts of her job is seeing the smiles on patients’ faces when they leave the office after their first appointment, feeling more confident and reassured in their decision to seek out hearing care than ever.
When Angelica is not at work, she likes to spend lots of time with her family and friends creating memories to last a lifetime.
