Congratulations!

You’re taking the first steps on your journey to better hearing with Visalia Hearing Center!

We want to be on the same page during your consultation, so here are a few tips on how to help make your appointment run more smoothly:

Prepare to answer questions about your medical history and information about any medications you are taking.

Consider what you do at work as well as the things you’re passionate about, like hobbies, activities, and community involvement and how your hearing challenges are related.

Feel ready to discuss the situations in which you don’t feel like you are hearing as well as you used to.

Don’t be afraid to ask questions and express your concerns so your audiologist can address them.

If possible, bring a close friend or family member for support—someone who can help put you at ease and may provide insight into you hearing challenges that you leave out or might be unaware of.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
