Patient Care Coordinator
Kim grew up in Tyler, Texas— if you’ve spoken with her over the phone, you’ll know her accent is the real deal!
As the team’s Patient Care Coordinator, Kim answers phone calls to schedule appointments and assist patients with hearing aid care like troubleshooting and cleaning. She found hearing care because she wanted a career in a field that makes a big impact for the patients that our team helps each day; it’s awesome to see our patients achieve great outcomes from their hearing health treatment!
It breaks Kim’s heart to see patients come in feeling frustrated from hearing aids they received elsewhere and dealt with negative outcomes. Seeing our team work together to help those same patients see lasting success, she knows we’re making a huge difference in peoples’ lives, and she’s so proud to be part of that.
Outside of work, Kim likes to spend time with her family and their Yorkie dog, Sue Ellen. They love to play board games, sing karaoke, and watch movies— some of her favorites include Little House on the Prairie, Dallas, and Dynasty. Absolutely pinpoints her as a child of the 80s, in her words!
