Ronalie Buenafe-Wall
Patient Care Coordinator
Born in the Philippines, Ronalie experienced both the fast pace of city life and the close-knit feel of small provincial towns before moving to the United States with her mother at the age of nine. She attended schools in the Visalia Unified School District and later graduated from high school in Bakersfield.
Ronalie met her high school sweetheart during her sophomore year of high school, and together they have built a life with their three children, one daughter and two sons. Their family also includes a cat named Batman.
Over the years, Ronalie has balanced family life with customer service roles while earning associate degrees in Psychology, Business Administration, and Liberal Arts. Through these experiences, she discovered a passion for connecting with people and helping others feel supported and cared for.
As a Patient Care Coordinator, Ronalie enjoys building relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable throughout their hearing healthcare journey. Her warm personality and dedication to service make her a valued member of the team.
When she's not at work, Ronalie enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, whether visiting the river, hiking, or exploring Sequoia National Park. She also enjoys gardening, staying active, and reconnecting with her creative side through painting and drawing.
Most days, you'll find her in the kitchen preparing meals for family and friends, especially Filipino favorites like lumpia, adobo, and pancit. Ronalie approaches life with gratitude, faith, and a belief that every experience serves a purpose.
